it's hump day... VS Fasion Show. Bring It On!

if you're like any other american, male or female, you can't get enough of the victoria's secret fashion show. between the beauty (duh.), fashion, color, set design, and musical guests (akon is still my favorite) there is so much to love. the show isn't until december 4th, but they have already done a taping in new york where a couple of the pieces, including a native american style headdress got pulled. aside from the lack of cheeseburgers there is a lot that goes on behind the scenes that interests me almost as much as adriana lima.

Chevron Retirement Invitations

hello, monday. i don't know about you, but i need a serious yoga sesh after the weekend. i'm talkin' hot, sweaty yoga. people are recovering (some slower than others) from the hurricane and i hear we are getting yet another storm the middle of this week. if anyone is still out of power come on by for a shower. if you're like me, you would rather be crusty than take a cold one. either way, be safe out there and lend a helping hand!
