I caught a glimpse of this awesome dude, Graham Hill, on the Today Show this morning and found it super inspiring. Yes, of course I like shopping. And then there are the toys... but why not take the challenge? Figure out what you can edit out of your life. By making it simpler, you have more time to do the things that really matter.
In the video below, Graham points out we are living in spaces that are three times bigger than we did 50 years ago, therefor acquiring more "stuff" and leaving a larger footprint... so much for going green. He lives in a 400sq ft space in NYC and the kicker is, he has millions to do as he pleases. He could have a shark tank in the middle of his living room.
Maybe we can focus a little less on acquiring "stuff" and a little more on a cleaner existence. Afterall, life is about experiences, connections, relationships. Let's maximize our time on what brings true happiness. Are you up for the challenge?
